The issue of Judiciary Reform is a much needed issue to bring to the table. Much needs changing. The state today employs Judges who violate the oath daily in respect to their jobs. The job of a Judge is not to write law or set precedence, the job of a Judge is to interpret the law and uphold the laws with his/her findings.

This state has become ineffectual at providing fair and just due process. Prosecutors are considered "encaptured"  within the system. The same prosecutor in front of the same judge with the same workers and doctors every day, doing lunches, dinner parties, gatherings, and court. How can we have a fair and just society when so many are corrupting the basis of the system with outside contacts?

I feel that by abolishing immunity, implementing accountability and rewarding the process of prosecution of those in default, we can rid ourselves of most of the corrupt portions of the Judiciary system.

Also by making time limits for each prosecutor to be allowed to be in each state perfunctory job listing, we can take away the ability for them to be comfortable with the system. Many begin to notice patterns to worker reports and then start the process of not reading and making educated decisions on how to prosecute or even if a case should be prosecuted.

Key Benefits

  • Accountability for officials would mean the official in question would have to "second think" a situation before just ruling and allowing a malicious aggression to take place. It would cause them to do their job.
  • Immunity removal would allow the accountability, again making the officials use better judgment and hold them to the workings of their office
  • Moving prosecutors out of "encaptured" environments would mean that they never become comfortable and allowable in their actions, they would have to review merit of every case.
